  • Model: #40 Roller Chain Sprocket B Type 11 Tooth, 1/2" Bore, 12.7mm (1/2") Pitch, for ISO 08A Chain.
  • Material: The sprocket is made of C45 carbon steel with a full black oxide coating, which is rust-proof. The tooth part uses high-temperature quenching heat treatment, high hardness, wear resistance, a long service life, and is easy to use
  • Design: Each roller sprocket is equipped with strong teeth to lock the chain well. The round hole has set screws and forms a 90-degree angle with the set screw after installation, which can fix the shaft and prevent it from slipping
  • Installation: Chain Sprockets are normally mounted in a fixed position on a fixed shaft. The chain sprocket should not rotate at a greater speed than is allowable for drive sprockets of the same size. It is suggested that chain sprockets have at least three teeth in mesh with the chain
