  • FASTER DRILLING WITH CLEAN HOLE FINISH – CNC-machined annular cutters cut faster than standard drill bits by removing only the hole edge instead of the entire hole area. Our core drill is designed to produce smooth, reamed, burr-free holes with minimal deformation and improved edge finish.
  • 6 STANDARD SIZES WITH 1” DOC – HSS annular cutter assortment includes 6 core drill bits with outside diameter: 1/2”, 9/16”, 11/16”, 13/16”, 15/16”, 1-1/16”. Each drill cutter has a 1 inch cutting depth for standard-depth metal drilling applications.
  • SECURE 3/4” WELDON SHANK FIT – 3/4 inch Weldon shank with 2 flats provides secure clamping, reduced vibration and stable cutting performance. Compatible with major magnetic drill brands including Alfra, BDS, Champion, Dewalt, Euroboor, Hougen, Milwaukee and Ruko. Drill press use requires an additional annular cutter arbor, which is not included in this set.
  • ORGANIZED KIT IN STURDY STORAGE CASE – Annular drill bit set includes 6 annular cutters, 1 pilot pin, 1 hex wrench and a sturdy plastic carrying case for organized storage and transport.
  • CAUTION – Annular bits are for single-layer drilling only; secure the workpiece firmly, and start with a low feed rate before increasing it once the cutter is 2-3mm into the material.
