  • MOLYKOTE 1000 Paste: 100g tube, Color Brown, Solid lubricant paste for bolted metal joints; contains no lead or nickel, High Load High Temperature. It is a professional industrial machinery lubrication high, through the ISO certification, in line with industrial standards. It is the choice of professional mechanical maintenance engineers.
  • Performance Characteristics:Wide temperature range (-30°C/-22°F to +650°C/1,202°F), high load capacity, high temperature resistance, non-destructive disassembly of machinery, coefficient of friction in the area of the greased bolts remains unchanged even after repeated retightening and loosening of the bolts, good corrosion protection.
  • Product Parameters: NLGI Grade: 1-2. white solids. Color: Brown. Solid Lubricants: Copper, graphite.
  • Suggestions for use: If possible, clean the thread and the bolt with a wire brush. Spread an adequate amount of the paste on the thread, right up to its root to obtain a good seal. In order not to alter the properties, the paste must not be mixed with grease or oils. To enable this product to be applied more quickly and cleanly to larger areas, it is advisable to use the spray can.
  • Usable life and storage: When stored at or below 20°C (68°F) in the original unopened containers, MOLYKOTE 1000 Paste has a usable life of 60 months from the date of production.
