  • 9 in Round and 7 x 12 in Rectangular Capacity: The BS-912B metal band saw cuts round stock up to 9 in and rectangular stock up to 7 x 12 in at 90 degrees for steel, aluminum, pipe, bar stock, and structural metal cutting.
  • 4-Step Blade Speed System: Two pulley wheels provide four blade speeds at 60Hz: 32, 60, 88, and 115 MPM, letting operators choose a listed speed for compatible materials and cutting conditions.
  • Hydraulic Downfeed Control: The hydraulic cylinder controls the saw bow lowering speed, helping the operator manage feed rate during cutting instead of relying on uncontrolled saw head drop
  • 45 Degree Vise Rotation: The quick clamp/vise plate rotates from 0 to 45 degrees for angled cuts. Listed 45 degree capacity is 6 in round and 5 x 6 in rectangular material.
  • Coolant, Guides, Stop Bar, and Auto Shut-Off: The coolant system, adjustable bearing blade guides, block feeder for fixed sawing length, stand wheels, guards, and automatic shut-off support repeat shop cutting work.
