Their open-mesh fiber structure effectively dissipates heat and minimizes dust generation. They deliver rapid finishing action, producing a clear, uniform, and aesthetically pleasing grain pattern.
  • Size: 8 inch Diameter, 5/8 Arbor, 1 inch Thickness, 5P hardness, 180 Grit. Please choose the appropriate nylon fiber wheel according to the diameter and speed of your machine spindle.
  • Safety and precautions: The general speed of nylon fiber polishing wheel is 1800-2800 rpm, and the maximum speed is 3500 rpm. Nylon fiber polishing wheel is polished at high speed, and there is a risk of cracking when it exceeds 3500 rpm.
