  • Product Features: This BP-420-1 (Part No. 155384) 1-micron 4.5-inch x 20-inch PP filter bag removes fine impurities from liquids, traps solid particles, and extends service life. The fabric is pre-set to prevent linting, ensuring clean filtered liquid while protecting pumps and piping from wear and clogging caused by particles.
  • Compatibility: These filter bags are designed for use with Pentair BPHE-410 and BPHE-420 filter housings and can be replaced quickly and easily.
  • Applications: Suitable for a wide range of liquid filtration applications, including private hot spring water filling, rainwater collection and storage, used motor oil recovery, industrial water treatment, food and beverage processing, oil and fat purification, paint and ink production, electroplating solutions, personal care raw materials, cutting fluid purification, boiler feedwater, swimming pool water circulation, and spray water circulation.
  • High-Quality Materials: Crafted from premium polypropylene, the surface is heat-pressed and molded to ensure a flexible yet durable texture. The filter is washable and reusable, and compatible with a wide range of common fluids.
  • Easy to Use: The product comes with a plastic ring that ensures a tight seal during installation. The filter bag can be easily secured to various pipe openings—such as water pipes, drainpipes, or container openings—using cable ties or adhesive tape. Liquid flows into the bag through the opening, passes through the filter media to complete the filtration process, and can be reused after removal and cleaning.
