Fitted with uncoated carbide inserts with positive rake angles and chip breakers, the tools provide smooth cutting action and long life on aluminum and other non‑ferrous materials without coating residue.
  • Includes holders QA08R‑20B for cut‑off and grooving, SER0500J11 for threading, SCLCR08‑2J and SCLCL08‑2J for 95‑degree right‑hand and left‑hand turning, SDNCN08‑2J for 62.5‑degree turning, SWGCR08‑2J for 90‑degree turning, SCDCR08‑2J for 45‑degree turning, SCBCR08‑2J for 75‑degree turning, and a S08Q‑SCLCR2 boring bar (min. bore 5/8 in.).
  • Ideal for turning, facing, taper turning, chamfering, external grooving, parting off, threading, and internal boring, the uncoated inserts provide free cutting and excellent chip control on aluminum, brass, and plastics. Suitable for benchtop and floor lathes with 6–12 in. swing and 1/2 in. tool posts or quick‑change holders.
