It is designed to deliver a durable, reclosable fastening solution (which can be opened and closed multiple times) which bonds to a variety of substrates including metals and plastics such as acrylics, polycarbonate and ABS. Black, interlocking mushroom-shaped heads (250 stem density per square inch) provide heavy duty fastening that can be opened and closed multiple times.Features good temperature resistance of 200°F (93°C).
  • APPLICATION: The Dual Lock Reclosable Fastener SJ3550 is versatile for a wide range of applications. It securely mounts and fastens items like whiteboards, power strips, under-cabinet lights, wall graphics, drone accessories, pedal boards, mirrors, and trade show kiosks. In homes and offices, it attaches wood blinds, soundproofing panels, office signs, exit lights, shower accessories, wreaths, and garlands. It's also ideal for RVs, where it can mount surveillance cameras, motion sensors, and other accessories.
  • OUTDOOR USE: The Dual Lock Reclosable Fastener SJ3550 is also perfect for outdoor use, thanks to its UV resistance and waterproof properties, making it ideal for holiday decorations and other exterior applications. In automotive and marine environments, its high-temperature rating and waterproof features ensure reliability for mounting toll transponders, boat accessories, and motorcycle accessories. Whether for outdoor setups or vehicles, this fastener offers a great solution for a wide range of demanding applications.
  • INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL: At room temperature, approximately 50% of the ultimate strength will be achieved after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours.
