  • PNEUMATIC DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM PUMP——The diaphragm pump housing is made of aluminum alloy and fixed with a fully bolted structure to ensure a secure connection between all components, thereby achieving first-class sealing performance. It combines the reciprocating motion of rubber, thermoplastic, or Teflon diaphragms. The upper and lower inlet/outlet pipes are equipped with 4 check valves. When the pump stops or there is a short interruption in air supply, the ball valves close automatically to lock the medium in the pump chamber, preventing backflow and allowing the pump to self-prime smoothly upon restart.
  • PARAMETER——35 GPM pneumatic double diaphragm pump, inlet and outlet size 1 inch. Air tube thread 1/4 inch connected to 8mm outer diameter air tube, maximum particle size 3.2mm. This powerful pneumatic double diaphragm pump has an operating pressure range of 29 to 115 PSI. Maximum temperature: 150°F/66°C; maximum pressure: 120 psi; maximum flow rate: 35 GPM; maximum head: 226.38 feet/69 meters. Can pump at a flow rate of 35 gallons per minute at temperatures up to 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
